Time Tracker (ChatGPT plugin) – Cybrix.AI LLC

This service has no user accounts. It only receives the arguments of each tool call and returns results and links to generated files. It does not receive your name, email address, chat history or anything else from your ChatGPT account.

What we process

• Tool input: your project names, timer starts and stops, notes and tags, and your time zone, tied to your Cybrix account (you sign in with Google; we receive only an anonymous account ID).
• Generated files: Your projects and time entries, until you delete them. Report charts and CSV exports are kept for 14 days so you can download them. Files are deleted automatically after 14 days. Their URLs are unguessable random identifiers.
• Third parties: none. Data is not sold or shared.
• Server logs: standard access logs (IP address, request path, time) kept for security and debugging.

What we do not do

• No accounts, cookies, tracking or advertising.
• Please do not submit personal or confidential information you are not comfortable storing temporarily.
